- Once you have accepted the quote/mockup(s) no changes will be approved. If you're wanting to add to the order or change the design(s) there will be an additional cost (if order is currently underway).
- Once you have accepted the quote/mockup(s) you are oblidged to pay a 50% deposit then the outstanding balance upon arrival.
- Although we try to achieve perfection within our prints simply its not possible as human hands are pressing the print onto each garment. We do have tolerences in place within our process, but sometimes prints that aren't up to our high standard slip through our inspection/approval phase. If you are unsure about a product you received, please send a photo through with the details attached. From there we will make a plan of action.
- Screens are reclaimed immediately after the job is completed as we keep our screens in a constant working cycle. Any future re-runs will require screen setup again. Design prep cost is a once off (per design).
