We are super stoked to be keeping it old school with our printing as each garment is individualy hand pressed, giving each unit a unique touch!
We aim to have your order completed within 7 days of the proof sign off. Depending on our schedule we may be able to complete your order sooner.
Unfortunately we don't accept client supplied garments. There are a few reasons with the main being if there is a misprint, it can get complicated trying to supply a replacment.
Fortunately we do supply the best blanks in the biz. Check out the huge range from our mates at AS Colour.
Our minimum quantities is 8 units - per design.
It can be quite labour intensive getting a print job under way (learn more about the process HERE) so there is setup fee's in place.
At the moment we can achieve 4 colours maximum per design. We will be looking to upgrade to a 6 colour press in the near future!
We understand the scary"world" of file types can seem like jibberish but we'll cut to the chase: We require the highest quality file you can possibly provide. Ideally "VECTOR" format like PDF, Ai, Eps as its infinitely scaleable. If not, we can work with a high quality "RASTA" file. We can re-design a graphic if the quality is to low - but there will be a design charge. From there you will own the updated version to use how you'd like!
If you communicate that you'll be wanting to re-run your design, we will hold onto your screens for 1 month subsequent to your first run - so you won't have to pay the screen setup fee again.

We will drop off within the Whangamata area - also you're welcome to drop by the print shop and pick up yourself. For the rest of NZ, shipping is on us for orders over $400.
