- Once you have accepted the quote/mockup(s) no changes will be approved. If you're wanting to add to the order or change the design(s) there will be an additional cost (if order is currently underway).
- Once you have accepted the quote/mockup(s) you are oblidged to pay a 50% deposit then the outstanding balance upon arrival.
- Although we try to acheive perfection within our prints simply its not possible as human hands are pressing the print onto each garment. We do have tolerences in place within our process, but sometimes prints that aren't upto our high standard slip through our inspection/approval phase. If you are unsure about a print you received, please send a photo through with the details attached. From there we will make a desicion on what follows.
- If you didn't communicate with us about a potential re-run of your current order and hoped that we could reuse your screens for the following print run - simply you will be required to pay the screen(s) setup fee again. We will hold onto your screens for 1 month subsequent to the current run *(if you communicate with us beforehand*), then you will not have to pay the screen setup fees again.
